Terms Of Service

This agreement is between New Heights Fortune, LTD., operating as Mauna.Fund (referred to as the "company" or "Mauna.Fund"), and you (referred to as the "member/s" or "investor/s" or "active member/s").

1. By participating in the Mauna.Fund program, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

- You confirm that you have not been forced or persuaded against your will to register with company's site.

- The company is exempt from the US securities act of 1933, the US securities exchange act of 1934, the US investment company act of 1940, and all other related rules and regulations.

- All transactions between the company and its members are irreversible and private.

- Company's online services are only available to registered members and those referred by them.

- You are of legal age in your country of origin and at least 18 years old.

- Information about members, financial figures, account balances, investor activities, messages, and other stored data on company's servers are private and will not be shared with third parties.

- You confirm that you are not a government agency employee or official, nor collecting information on their behalf.

2. You are responsible for complying with international money laundering prevention laws, which prohibit conducting financial transactions with proceeds known to be associated with unlawful activity. This includes promoting unlawful activity, evading taxes, and concealing or disguising the nature of proceeds. You are also responsible for any applicable taxes in your own country and indemnify the company and its owners from any liability.

3. All information and replies from Mauna.Fund's site are private and protected by copyright. Only official representatives of Mauna.Fund are authorized to act on behalf of the company. Any attempt to collect, buy, sell, accept, request funds or information on behalf of the company is strictly forbidden.

4. The company is registered as a limited liability company, not as a bank or security firm. Participating in this program carries the risk of losing profits, commissions, earnings, or principal funds, as it is not insured or guaranteed by any government agency, institute or insurance company.

- The information and materials on Mauna.Fund's site are for educational and informational purposes only and should not be considered as a solicitation to join the program.

- Past performance of the company does not guarantee future positive outcomes.

- You agree to hold the company harmless from any loss or liability to your principal funds or profit and you should not invest / transfer money to our company which you cannot afford to lose.

- We may change our payment gateway information/Bitccoin wallet address/method upon their request to fulfill company responsibilities.

- Sharing accounts or E-wallets for the purpose of abusing Mauna.Fund's affiliate program is prohibited, unless previously agreed upon with the company. Violations may result in termination of commissions, financial loss or account limitations.

- The company is not responsible for any loss of funds due to login information sharing or identity theft.

- All transactions, funding, deposits, investment placements, transfers, rewards, commissions and withdrawals are considered final, and the company reserves the right to not reverse them.

- The company holds no responsibility for any damage or loss caused by its members or visitors. Both members and visitors are fully responsible for their promotional methods and must comply with the rules of the company.

5. Mauna.Fund's SPAM Policy:

- Members should contact Mauna.Fund's support team before posting false, negative, or misleading votes on social media, forums, blogs, or rating sites. It is important to resolve any issues with the support team first.

- Members agree not to send spam or solicited emails using Mauna.Fund's name or domain.

- SPAM, UBE/UCE, and any misuse of the company's name or domain name are not tolerated.

- Violation of our SPAM policies will result in the loss of service rights, account privileges, and potential freezing or revocation of funds. The duration of these actions will be determined by our company's administration at their discretion.

6. In the event of unexpected circumstances beyond company's control, such as economic, military, political, or monetary events, the administration reserves the right to suspend or close the website or certain sections of it.

7. Company's Refund Policy:

- Refund requests made within 24 hours of completing the funding transaction ("investment/s" placement) will be honored and investigated.

- The company may dismiss refund requests based on its decision and in accordance with these terms.

8. You acknowledge that you are acting as an individual and not on behalf of any other entity.

- The company is not liable for any consequential damage, loss, or costs resulting from violations of the terms and conditions or the use of company's site and services. Visitors and members agree to use the site in compliance with local, state, national, and international laws.

- When a member places an investment through Mauna.Fund, their funds go directly to the company's account. If the company fails to distribute earnings or pay withdrawals due to various reasons, including payment gateway failure or network crashes than the company will not hold responsibility for any resulting loss.

- Posting Mauna.Fund's content in public forums or forwarding it via email is prohibited without official approval.

9. We reserve the right to reject membership requests without providing explanations or warnings.

10. Any violation of the terms and conditions mentioned here may lead to permanent removal from the site/program, loss of future service rights, and the freezing or revocation of account and funds.

- In such events, company administration may suspend or close member/s accounts at their discretion, without prior notice.

11. We have the right to modify commission rates, investment plan rates, and terms and conditions for Mauna.Fund's program at any time, prioritizing the interests and security of our members. It is your responsibility to review the most updated version of our terms and conditions. Certain provisions may be superseded by other legal notices on our official site.
